• 敗血症による心筋及び中枢神経障害の分子生物学的解明, 門井 雄司, 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(C), 群馬大学, 2000年, 2002年, Ratにendotoxin投与により、敗血症modelを作成。2時間後に、血中カテコラミン濃度、beta-agonistに対する心筋収縮機能の反応、さらに心筋を取り出し、心筋のreceptorの減少が引き起こされるのかについ検討した。すると、ndotoxin投与2時間後には、血中カテコラミン濃度の上昇、beta-agonistに対する心筋収縮機能の反応の低下、さら心筋のbeta-receptorの減少が引き起こされることが観察された。これらの現象が、敗血症中での心不全の原因と判明した。心筋のbeta-receptorの減少が引き起こされる原因の検索として、beta-adrenergic receptor kinaseの量を測定したところ、cytosolからmembraneへのtranslocationが増強されていることを発見し得た。2000 · 共同研究・競争的資金等の研究課題
