• リング状AAA型シャペロンの基質への作用機構のin vitro系による解明 小椋 光, 江崎 雅俊, 山中 邦俊, 野井 健太郎 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(B), 熊本大学, 2016年04月01日 - 2019年03月31日 AAA型シャペロンp97/Cdc48/CDC-48が20Sプロテアソームと会合して、Sod1など一群の基質タンパク質を分解することを明らかにした。Cdc48は、基質タンパク質をポアループ依存的にほどいて、20Sプロテアソームに送り込むという機能が推定された。酵母ミトコンドリアの形態と外膜タンパク質の代謝において、Cdc48の補因子Ubx2はミトコンドリア外膜の膜融合因子Fzo1の代謝を促進し、Ubp3はミトコンドリアの形態維持に必要であることを明らかにした。線虫UBXN-6は、後期エンドソーム形成に関わるCDC-48の補因子で、飢餓によって発現が誘導されることを明らかにした。2016 · KUID parsed section
