• LsDREBパラログおよびレギュロンによるレタスのストレス応答機構の解析 宇野 雄一 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(C), 神戸大学, 2019年04月01日 - 2022年03月31日 植物のストレス応答の代表的な経路はDREB遺伝子を介している。研究代表者はこれまでにレタスのDREB転写因子がストレス応答に関わる遺伝子群の転写を活性化し、耐性を付与することを解明してきた。しかしながらLsDREBに調節を受けるレギュロンや、LsDREBのパラログの解析は進んでいなかった。本研究ではレタスのストレス応答に関わるLsDREB遺伝子のパラログ、並びにレギュロンののプロモーターを解析した。その結果、レタスのストレス耐性を高めるためには機能型のLsDREB7を用い、LsDHN12のプロモーターにより制御することが望ましいと結論づけられた。2019 · KUID parsed section
