• 細胞順応による初期転移巣成立機構解析の基盤構築 下野 洋平, 南 博信, 高尾 信太朗, Clarke Michael, 磯部 大地, 向山 順子 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 挑戦的萌芽研究, 神戸大学, 2015年04月01日 - 2017年03月31日 全身に播種されるがん細胞が臓器選択的に定着する機構には、「播種先の臓器固有の微小環境へのがん細胞の適応（細胞順応）」が関連すると考えられる。本研究では、ヒト乳がん異種移植マウスの肝臓より分離した初期転移がん細胞の解析を通じて、がん転移の初期段階で特徴的に発現するマイクロRNAや遺伝子を同定した。つぎに、特にマイクロRNA-106ｂ-25クラスターに着目してその発現制御機構を解析した。また、がん細胞の肝臓への「細胞順応」を解析するモデルとして肝臓の初代培養細胞とヒト乳がん細胞の共培養系を樹立した。2015 · KUID parsed section
