• 近赤外光応答性uphill型光合成反応におけるカルシウムイオンの役割 木村 行宏, 大友 征宇, 秋本 誠志 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(C), 神戸大学, 2016年04月01日 - 2019年03月31日 好熱性紅色光合成細菌Thermochromatium(Tch.) tepidumは、光捕集１アンテナ複合体が吸収した低エネルキーの近赤外光をエネルギーの高い反応中心に伝達（uphillエネルキー移動）して、光合成を行うことが可能であり、この現象にはCa2+が密接に関与していると考えられる。本研究の結果から、Ca2+が電子伝達に関わるCサブユニットとRCをつなぐバインダーの役割を担っており、RCのエネルギーを低下させることにより、低エネルギーの光捕集１アンテナ複合体から高い反応中心へと円滑にエネルギーを伝わる役割をしていることが強く示唆された。2016 · KUID parsed section
