• 哺乳類概日時計の位相調節関連タンパク質のプロテオーム解析による検索 坂本 克彦 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(C), 株式会社三菱化学生命科学研究所, 2007年 - 2008年 本研究では、哺乳類の脳内時計中枢である視交叉上核由来の細胞株を用いて、体内時計の時刻同調(時計の針の時刻合わせ)機構に関与するタンパク質の検索を試みた。時計の針を動かす薬剤刺激を与えたときに発現量が変化するタンパク質を検索し、得られたタンパク質の機能阻害実験をおこなったところ、時刻同調機構に関与する可能性があるタンパク質を複数種類得ることができた。体内時計の入力系メカニズムの解明に結びつく発見となった。2007 · KUID parsed section
