• 養菌性キクイムシ随伴Fusarium属菌の生存戦略：樹木病原菌化の条件とは？ 黒田 慶子, 梶村 恒, 升屋 勇人, 中馬 いづみ, 足助 聡一郎 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(B), 神戸大学, 2019年04月01日 - 2023年03月31日 養菌性キクイムシと共生菌の生存戦略は複雑で、1種対1種の組み合わせとは限らない。複数種のキクイムシが同一の菌と共生する例がある。Fusarium pseudensiformeがデイゴとマンゴー両樹種に病原性を示し、病原菌の伝播と感染拡大に寄与すると推測した。Fusarium属の多様な種が枝枯れや萎徴の原因であることを、栽培現場に周知する必要がある。Euwallacea属では、Fusarium属菌以外の菌種とも共生関係が認められた。国内のアボカドでは、米国等海外の枯死被害に関わっているEuwallacea属ではなくPlatypus属の生息が確認され、米国から日本への侵入ではないと推測された。2019 · KUID parsed section
