• 保存量をもつ反応拡散方程式とその摂動系－シンプレクティック構造と生物学への応用 桑村 雅隆 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(C), 神戸大学, 2016年04月 - 2023年03月 本研究では、厳密な数学解析、数値シミュレーション、分岐解析ソフトウエアAUTOを用いることによって、保存量をもつ反応拡散方程式モデルの数学的な性質を調べた。このモデルは細胞極性の動的な性質を理解する上で役に立つ。得られた結果は宮崎大学の出原浩史准教授、京都大学の李聖林教授、北海道大学の栄伸一郎教授との共同研究にもとづくものであり、Chaos, vol.27 (2017)、SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics, vol.78 (2018) と Journal of Mathematical Biology, vol.84 (2022) において発表された。2016 · KUID parsed section

• 散逸系のパターンダイナミクスにおけるハミルトン構造とその周辺 桑村 雅隆, 小川 知之 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(C), 神戸大学, 2010年04月 - 2014年03月 散逸系のパターン形成に関する研究として、捕食者の休眠を伴う被食者－捕食者系とよばれる３変数の常微分方程式の解の性質を調べた。また、ショウジョウバエの中腸幹細胞系の増殖と分化の制御機構を数理モデルを通して考察した。これらの結果は、SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics, vol.71, pp.169-179 (2011), Journal of Biological Dynamics, vol.6, pp.267-276 (2012) 等の論文で公表された。2010 · KUID parsed section
