• あいまいな情報提示により観光者の興味を周囲に向けるまち歩き観光支援システムの提案2024 · まち歩き観光とは，観光ルートや目的地を定めない，自由度の高い観光形態である．一見何もないようなところから何かを見つけ出そうとする観光者の主体性が，まち歩き観光の価値向上につながる．観光ルートの最適化や，観光者の興味に基づく観光スポット推薦などの観光支援手法は，観光者の発見や体験を促すものではないため，まち歩き観光にふさわしくない．本研究では，観光者が自ら新たな発見や体験をするための，まち歩き観光支援システムを提案する．写真共有SNSに投稿された写真そのものではなく，写真に付与されたタグやキャプションを利用して他者の興味を間接的に提示し，観光者の興味を周囲に向けることを促す．既存のまち歩き観光支援との比較実験を行った結果，提案システムは被験者の興味を周囲に惹きつけ，観光マップにはない新たな発見や体験に貢献することが明らかになった． Town-walking tourism is a form of tourism with a high degree of freedom that does not set a sightseeing route or a destination. The value of town-walking tourism is enhanced by the independence of tourists who try to find something out of a place where there seems to be nothing to see. Tourism support methods such as optimization of sightseeing routes and recommendation of tourist spots based on tourists' interests are not suitable for town-walking tours, because they do not encourage tourists' discoveries and experiences. In this study, we propose a sightseeing support system that enables tourists to discover and experience new things by themselves. The proposed system uses tags and captions attached to photos posted on a photo-sharing SNS to indirectly present the interests of others, rather than the photos themselves, and encourages tourists to direct their interests to their surroundings. As a result of a comparison experiment with the existing town-walking sightseeing support, it became clear that the proposed system attracts the subjects' interests to their surroundings and contributes to new discoveries and experiences that are not found on sightseeing maps.
