事実と見立てを切り分ける検討により指導・支援を企画するケース会議手法の構想2026 · In special needs schools for children with health impairments, the numbers of students with psychosomatic or mental health conditions are increasing. To address their maladaptive behaviors, support must specifically emphasize their underlying psychological issues. This support requires a school-wide support system rather than sole reliance on homeroom teachers. Case conferences are a promising approach, enabling teachers to share factual observations and to assess students from multiple perspectives. This study implemented structured case conferences that distinguished facts from interpretations. Based on the identified outcomes and challenges, the study proposes a case conference method, grounded in multifaceted assessment, which supports collaborative planning of instruction and support.
