Organize follow-up questions, answer evidence, and inconsistency risks for a company, role, round, and submitted ES.
International students stumble here not because their content is weak, but because they haven't adapted to talking to a single lens. No one reacts, no one nods, the recording auto-stops at 30 seconds to 2 minutes, and nerves make you look down at your notes and stare at your own image instead of the camera. The cruelest part of a recording is that there are no follow-ups — whatever you fail to make clear, the reviewer won't give you a chance to fix. This tool connects your submitted ES, self-PR, gakuchika, and company understanding, compresses each part into the time limit, writes an opening hook that grips in the first line, and lays out a re-record strategy plus a pre-record framing and connection check — so you land it in this one take.
early rounds test behavior, finals trade-offs.
with little time, the point beats volume.
a day in the role and a new hire's first months.

at the final round, vagueness reads as risk.
the answer that broke is next week's drill.
It reads your self-PR, gakuchika, motivation, and profile, then separates pre-recorded (no follow-ups, one shot decides it) from live online interview (interactive but watch for network/lag/name-display/off-screen-notes risks). The two need very different preparation.
Matching the seconds each prompt allows (self-PR 30 sec / 1 min / 2 min, etc.), it cuts your experience to "conclusion + one piece of evidence" and writes a first-5-second hook per prompt, flagging where you'll likely overrun and where to pause.
It generates a "before you record" checklist: gaze on the lens, light in front of your face, tidy background, earphone audio, correct name display, notifications off; plus retake rules and a cap, so you don't decide by gut whether to redo.
Results are grouped by prompt, each with the time limit, opening hook, usable experience, likely overrun points, and on-camera risks. Once smooth, the same material flows onward to other interview formats, ES review, and company research.
The goal is to make ES, company research, and answers consistent.
