QUICK REVIEW SHEET

Quick review sheet

Run through this on the way — flow, self-intro, strengths to land, questions to ask back, and the day-of checklist.

StrategyThis interview needs to prove one thing: the method for turning a metric definition into a team agreement is repeatable — and the pasted job posting assigns exactly that work to the data-platform role.

Interview flow at a glance

  1. Reception and waiting room10 min earlyState your university and full name clearly, keep the phone away once seated, and put the submitted ES on top of your papers.
  2. Entering and greeting1 minKnock, say 「失礼いたします」, close the door quietly, and sit only when invited.
  3. One-minute self-introduction1 minThree things only: what you study, what you did, and why this role.
  4. Themed questions and probing25 min (guide)A second interview weighs collaboration and judgment: retell the same project as what you decided, not what the team did.
  5. Reverse questions5 min (guide)Prepare three and ask two: the review path first, then the definition documents to read after joining.
  6. Leaving the room1 minStand, thank them, bow again at the door, and close it quietly.

Self-introduction script1 minute

Structure beats
  • Give your identity and university first; the numbers only land once the listener has a frame.
  • Keep one turning point and only three numbers: 18 weeks, about 24,000 records, 15-minute windows.
  • Land the last sentence on the job's responsibilities, not on company size or an interest in Japan.
  • Graduation timing and JLPT N1 go at the end as plain facts, without elaboration.

Strengths you must land

  1. The four-step method for turning a definition conflict into an agreement is repeatable.

EvidenceCafeteria project: 18 weeks, about 24,000 anonymized records; the metric moved from a weekday average to the median wait time in 15-minute windows.

When to useUse it for 「学食プロジェクトの18週間で、最も自分で判断した一手は何ですか。」 and for any probe about how you handled objections.

  2. Only what was verified is called a result; everything else is named as unverified.

EvidenceThe pilot was checked by survey and on-site observation only, with no sales data, so it is not described as business impact.

When to useUse it first when the interviewer says the project was only coursework.

  3. The habit of writing definitions down so the next person can take over.

EvidenceThree wait-time definitions were compiled into a one-page comparison table and handed to the following year's team.

When to useUse it for 「三つの待ち時間の定義を一枚にして次年度へ渡したとき、誰が次に使える状態をどのように確認しましたか。」 and when asked about your first three months.

Questions to ask back

The posting lists agreeing data-quality standards with user teams as a responsibility. This question reads that line as a daily action and connects straight to your own evidence.

It asks how the first stretch after joining actually goes, which shows you read the job description far better than asking about company culture.

It lands on a real difficulty and, at the same time, tests whether new graduates here are allowed near definitions.

Cautions

  • The weight shifts from what you did to how you moved with other people; retell the same project from the collaboration angle.
  • Do not recite what you already said in the first round — the interviewer usually has that record in hand.
  • Asked about the pilot's effect, state the boundary first (survey and observation only), then the method; never frame it as business impact.
  • Use only company facts written in the pasted posting; hedge everything else with 「拝見した範囲では」 or confirm it on the spot.
  • If an answer runs past 90 seconds, give the conclusion first and add detail after; long Japanese sentences collapse first under pressure.
  • Prepare three reverse questions and ask two; keep the third for a follow-up after their answer.

Day-of checklist

  • Print the submitted ES and your experience card; on the way, read only that page and this sheet.
  • Arrive at reception 10 minutes early and state your university and full name clearly.
  • Keep ID, notebook, pen, and a spare mask in the same inner pocket and check them before entering.
  • Silence the phone, put it in the inner pocket of your bag, and leave it there from the waiting room on.
  • Say the one-minute self-introduction aloud twice and confirm it finishes within 70 seconds.
  • Note each interviewer's team and name for the same-day thank-you email.

01

Questions to say aloud

02

Evidence to bring out

  • Motivation
  • Reverse questions
  • Reread the ES you submitted to this company and mark the three sentences most likely to be probed.
03

Do not improvise this

  • The interviewers' teams and how many will attend are unknown: ask HR beforehand, or confirm their teams at the opening.
  • The length of the interview and whether technical questions are included are unconfirmed, and both change how you budget the self-introduction and reverse questions.
  • Risk:Saying the pilot actually shortened the wait; no sales data supports that sentence.
C
Flow

First, understand how this interview will move

PAGE03

Confirm the flow, common humanities/STEM follow-ups, and how company research becomes motivation and reverse questions.

01

Self-introduction and first impression

They check whether you can explain yourself in a minute, and whether pace, eye contact, and structure hold.

Put the conclusion sentence first and the evidence after; keep each sentence to two lines. Do not stack honorifics to compensate for fluency.
02

Themed questions (experience and motivation)

They check whether the judgment inside the story is yours, and whether the motivation survives swapping the company name.

Replace 'we' with what you decided, and land the motivation on one responsibility from the pasted posting.
03

Probing collaboration and technical judgment

The weight of this round: how you reached agreement with someone who disagreed, and how clearly you explain a trade-off.

Retell it in four steps — disagreement, two-option comparison, verification boundary, what you did after agreement — and say plainly when something is uncertain.
04

Reverse questions and closing

They check whether you read the job description and whether the people present can answer what you ask.

Ask about the review path and the reading order after joining; avoid anything you could look up.

Humanities / STEM follow-ups

01

Evidence 1: ES and ramp-up

They are reading independence of judgment, how concrete your reason for working in Japan is, and whether your picture of the job lands on this role.Build with STAR and keep only your own decisions in the action step; support the Japan reason with checkable facts — what you studied, your language level, the kind of roles you are applying to. Follow-up drill:For “香港大学での情報システムの学びとJLPT N1を、青凪デジタルのデータ基盤職にどう接続しますか。”, ask yourself once: “Which record supports that?” and answer it. Risk:Do not add company facts or results that are absent from the posting and ES. Practice action:Close the ES and posting, answer in 90 seconds, take one follow-up, then return to “学食プロジェクトの18週間で、最も自分で判断した一手は何ですか。 / 香港大学での情報システムの学びとJLPT N1を、青凪デジタルのデータ基盤職にどう接続しますか。 / 入社後三か月で、募集要項の「データ品質の合意」に関わる前に何を読み、誰に確認しますか。” and keep only verifiable facts.
02

Evidence 2: agreement on definitions

They are reading how you communicate and push work forward, especially how you changed someone's behavior without authority.Prepare one complete exchange — what they objected to, what you changed, what finally convinced them — and keep it to 90 seconds. Follow-up drill:For “三つの待ち時間の定義を一枚にして次年度へ渡したとき、誰が次に使える状態をどのように確認しましたか。”, ask yourself once: “Which record supports that?” and answer it. Risk:Do not add company facts or results that are absent from the posting and ES. Practice action:Close the ES and posting, answer in 90 seconds, take one follow-up, then return to “15分単位の中央値へ変える際、過去比較を心配した相手と、どの二案をどう並行させましたか。 / 三つの待ち時間の定義を一枚にして次年度へ渡したとき、誰が次に使える状態をどのように確認しましたか。” and keep only verifiable facts.
03

Evidence 3: data-judgement boundary

They are reading the basis of your technical judgment, how clearly you explain the trade-off, and whether you can translate study into business language.Write the median-versus-average trade-off as two sentences: why you changed it and what became visible. Add one business-application hypothesis and label it as a hypothesis. Follow-up drill:For “平均値と15分単位の中央値を二週間並行させた比較で、何を確認し、何は確認していませんか。”, ask yourself once: “Which record supports that?” and answer it. Risk:Do not add company facts or results that are absent from the posting and ES. Practice action:Close the ES and posting, answer in 90 seconds, take one follow-up, then return to “曜日別平均がピークを隠すと判断した根拠を、約2万4千件の匿名記録の扱いとともに説明してください。 / 平均値と15分単位の中央値を二週間並行させた比較で、何を確認し、何は確認していませんか。 / 貼付の募集要項にあるデータ接入から利用部門への提供までの責任を、食堂プロジェクトのどの一往復で示せますか。” and keep only verifiable facts.

How to use company research

01

Motivation

Take one responsibility sentence from the pasted posting and connect it to the part of the cafeteria project where you unified the metric.

'Your company is advanced in data' — a line that fits any employer on the list.
02

Reverse questions

Rewrite the responsibility sentence as a question about action: who performs that duty day to day, and when.

Headcount, culture, or overtime — either public information or premature at this stage.
03

Growth path

Work backwards from the posting's description of the first months to decide which definition documents to read and whom to meet.

Saying you want to grow quickly, with no object and no order.
04

Culture fit

Look at how much of the role is agreement with user teams and judge whether that is the intensity of collaboration you want.

Framing fit as one-way adaptation and never showing that you are also assessing them.
05

Showing you did the reading

Quote the source sentence once and say where you read it; hedge everything else with 「拝見した範囲では」.

Repeating unsourced industry rumour as if it were a company fact.

Before the interview

01

Submitted documents

Reread the ES you submitted to this company and mark the three sentences most likely to be probed.

Second rounds follow the first-round record, and a gap between the ES and the spoken answer is the easiest thing to catch.
02

University-issued documents

Check how many days transcripts and enrollment certificates take to issue, and request them early if needed.

Documents issued by a university can take days or weeks for international students, so a last-minute request misses the deadline.
03

Company information

Copy each responsibility from the pasted posting into a list and keep only sentences you can quote verbatim.

Without the exact wording you fill company facts from general knowledge, and the first follow-up exposes it.
04

Japanese rehearsal

Record yourself saying the self-introduction and three frequent questions aloud, and check only where the conclusion sits.

Under pressure Japanese fails first at sentence endings and conclusion order, which silent reading never reveals.
05

Dress and grooming

Hang the suit the night before, check shirt and shoes, and keep hair off your eyes.

Leaving it to the morning eats the review time and keeps you distracted in the waiting room.
06

Route and timing

Confirm the route and transfers, and set departure for 30 minutes before arrival.

For a place you have never visited, a routing mistake shows up directly in how the opening goes.

Day-of etiquette

01

Reception

Arrive 10 minutes early and give your university, full name, interview time, and the contact's name.

An unclear introduction forces repeated checks, and the first impression starts eroding there.
02

Waiting room

Do not chat with other candidates, silence the phone and put it in your bag, and sit without leaning back.

Staff see the waiting room, and what they see follows you into the interview room.
03

Entering

Knock two or three times, say 「失礼いたします」 after the reply, close the door quietly, then bow.

A loud door or a skipped greeting reads as not having prepared for the occasion.
04

Being seated

Sit only when invited, place your bag beside the chair on the outer side, and rest both hands on your knees.

Sitting before being invited reads as not checking the other side's pace.
05

During the interview

When you cannot catch something, say 「恐れ入りますが、もう一度お願いできますでしょうか」 rather than answering on a guess.

A guessed answer misses the question, which costs more than admitting you did not hear it.
06

Leaving

Stand and thank them, turn at the door and bow once more, say 「失礼いたします」, and close the door quietly.

Letting the manner slip after the questions end cancels out the answers you gave.

Questions to rehearse aloud

They are checking whether working in Japan is a concrete choice or an extension of liking the country.

Answer with what you studied and the role: information-systems work matches the gap in internal data preparation at Japanese firms. Do not close on liking Japanese culture. Follow-up drill:For “香港大学で学んだ情報システムの内容を、青凪デジタルのデータ基盤職で最初にどう生かせると考えていますか。”, ask yourself once: “Which record supports that?” and answer it. Risk:Do not add company facts or results that are absent from the posting and ES. State your current intention and its reason, then add that it will adjust with the work. Do not promise a number of years. D
Cognition

First, understand what this role actually does day to day

PAGE04

Align the basics: industry, company type, role, daily work, valued skills, and where your experience connects.

01

Where the industry stands

IT and web firms earn in three ways: building systems for others (contract work), selling their own product, and renting out engineers by the month (SES). Recent growth sits with product companies and data preparation, because the data is already stored while very little of it is usable by the business as it stands.

02

Company type (from the JD)

The pasted posting says this is development and operation of the company's own product, that the role sits in the data-platform group, and that the data comes from that product — which reads as a product company, not contract development and not SES. None of the SES red flags appear in the posting: no client-site placement, no undecided assignment. If placement or dispatch comes up during the interview, confirm the contract form on the spot.

03

What the role is

A data-platform engineer, in one line, is the person who makes data safe for other people to use. The common misreading is 'builds reports' or 'builds machine-learning models'; the actual work is intake, definitions, quality monitoring, and delivery, while models belong to someone downstream.

04

Daily work after joining

Most of a day goes to three things: fixing the pipeline that failed overnight, answering a user team asking why a number differs from last week, and connecting a new source while writing down its definition. Across a year the shape is: three months reading existing definitions and code, then ownership of one data domain, then joining reviews of definition changes.

05

Valued skills

  • Writing definitions precisely — rework caused by mismatched definitions costs more than a code bug.
  • Talking to user teams — whether the data is right is ultimately confirmed by the people who use it.
  • SQL and pipeline fundamentals — you read other people's queries daily and judge where they are wrong.
  • Recording and handover habits — a data platform's value accumulates over time and survives as documents.
  • Stopping to confirm when unsure — guessing at a definition contaminates every report downstream.
06

Your fit

Three parts of the cafeteria project map onto the first three: seeing that a weekday average hid the peak (definitions), convincing the team to switch to a 15-minute median (communication), and organizing about 24,000 records into a working pilot (fundamentals). What is missing is production operations experience — concede that directly in the answer instead of covering it with the course project.

E
Distinction

Why this company, not the rival's same role

PAGE05

Subtract the industry's common ground → find this firm's distinction → your experience matters precisely there.

01

Industry common ground

The whole industry talks about data utilization, DX, and building in-house. Those three phrases fit any employer, so on their own they are not a reason.

02

This firm's distinction

Two distinctions are readable in the pasted posting. First, the data-platform role owns intake through delivery in the first person rather than being split by layer. Second, the responsibilities explicitly include agreeing data quality with user teams, which puts negotiation inside an engineering job. Company facts outside the posting are not asserted.

03

Your intersection

Those two lines are exactly the part where you have completed one full loop: cleaning records to a usable state alone, then persuading the users to change the definition. In a team split by layer that experience counts as half a story; in a role that states first-person ownership, it is one continuous story.

04

Why this company

Four beats: concede that rivals also do data preparation and do not pretend it is unique → point out that this firm wrote agreement with user teams into an engineering role, with a quotable line → say that treating negotiation as part of the work is the definition you want → show with the cafeteria project that you have already walked that line once. Leave the exact wording to the room; do not memorize it as a script.

05

International-student connection

'Because I like Japan' and 'I want to grow in Japan' fit every Japanese employer, so they add nothing. Turn language and an outside perspective into concrete actions: N1 lets you read definition documents directly and take part in definition reviews, and reading English source material is how you found the basis for choosing a median. Present them as skills used at work, not as an identity label.

F
Questions

Likely Q&A (weighted for this round)

PAGE06

◎ = frequent/required this round, ○ = possible, △ = rare. Keep answers consistent with what you already submitted.

The core of a second interview: how you moved a disagreement to an agreement when someone pushed back.

  1. Answer anchor:State the disagreement first: a teammate worried the median would break comparability with past data.
  2. State the two-option comparison: keep the old average as a reference column, add the 15-minute median, and run both for two weeks.
  3. State the verification boundary: confirmed only by survey and on-site observation, with no sales data touched.
  4. State what happened after agreement: three wait-time definitions written into a one-page table and handed to the next cohort.
  5. Practice action:Close the ES and posting, answer in 90 seconds, take one follow-up, then return to “Submitted ES: the 18-week cafeteria-congestion visualisation, about 24,000 anonymised records, and the stated 15-minute median with a two-week parallel comparison.” and keep only verifiable facts.

Submitted-content anchorThe submitted ES says the metric was unified to the median wait time in 15-minute windows. Keep the spoken answer on that exact claim and do not upgrade it to a shorter wait time.

AvoidRisk:Saying the pilot actually shortened the wait; no sales data supports that sentence. / Skipping the agreement with 'everyone came round in the end' — that step is exactly what this round examines.

Checks whether the motivation still holds after the company name is swapped out.

  1. Answer anchor:Concede the industry common ground first: every rival needs data preparation, so that alone is not a reason.
  2. Quote one responsibility from the pasted job posting: the role owns intake through delivery to user teams in the first person.
  3. Say why that line matters to you: you have run one full loop from cleaning records to persuading the users.
  4. Land it on the first year: take one data domain first, then join reviews of definition changes.
  5. Practice action:Close the ES and posting, answer in 90 seconds, take one follow-up, then return to “The pasted Aonagi Digital Co., Ltd. (fictional) data-platform-engineer posting: intake through delivery and agreeing data quality with user teams.” and keep only verifiable facts.

Submitted-content anchorThe ES motivation paragraph says you want work that lets other people use data with confidence. Keep the spoken version pointing the same way instead of introducing a new phrasing.

AvoidRisk:Using an unsourced judgment such as 'your company leads the industry' as the reason. / Stating company facts that are not in the pasted posting as if they were known.

Checks that you know the edge of your own experience and that your ramp-up plan is concrete.

  1. Answer anchor:Concede directly: no production operations experience, and coursework does not substitute for it.
  2. Name what transfers: writing definitions down, drawing the verification boundary, recording the conclusion.
  3. Give the ramp order: read existing definitions and code for three months, and make only changes that can be reviewed.
  4. Say how you ask for help: when uncertain, stop and confirm rather than guessing at a definition.
  5. Practice action:Close the ES and posting, answer in 90 seconds, take one follow-up, then return to “Applicant material: information systems at the University of Hong Kong; no production-operations experience in the cafeteria project; the pasted role's responsibility for definitions and delivery.” and keep only verifiable facts.

AvoidRisk:Using the course project as a stand-in for production experience. / Saying only that you will study hard, with no order and no named counterpart.

Checks your working style and whether your self-description matches the evidence.

  1. Answer anchor:Give the position in one sentence: the person who writes down the definitions nobody wants to write.
  2. Support it with the cafeteria project: three wait-time definitions compiled into one table and handed over.
  3. Name the cost of that role: it slows things down, so agree on a parallel period before switching.
  4. Land it on the job: a data platform's value accumulates as documents, which is where this habit pays off.
  5. Practice action:Close the ES and posting, answer in 90 seconds, take one follow-up, then return to “Applicant material: the one-page handover of three wait-time definitions and the concern about comparability before the metric changed.” and keep only verifiable facts.

AvoidRisk:Calling yourself a leader without one example of someone changing what they did. / Describing the role as universally useful and never naming its cost.

Checks whether you actually read the job description and whether the people in the room can answer your question.

  1. Answer anchor:Aim the first question at the responsibility line: who executes the data-quality agreement day to day, and when.
  2. Add one line after their answer: which step of that flow a new graduate can join first.
  3. Aim the second question at the first months: which definition documents to read, in what order.
  4. Close with one sentence that connects their answer to a step you have already prepared.
  5. Practice action:Close the ES and posting, answer in 90 seconds, take one follow-up, then return to “The pasted Aonagi Digital Co., Ltd. (fictional) posting: agreeing data quality with user teams and the post-join connection to reading existing definitions.” and keep only verifiable facts.

AvoidRisk:Asking for public information you could look up, such as headcount or founding year. / Opening with pay and overtime before asking anything about the work itself.

Motivation · consistency

PAGE07

Motivation / reverse questions / post-join vision / 'will you join' all point to the same anchors.

  • Make data safe for other people to use — treat defining metrics as the work itself, not a by-product.
  • Own one full loop from intake to delivery, rather than a single layer of it.
  • Use language ability inside work that requires repeated confirmation with users, not as a line on a résumé.

The closing line of the self-introduction, where the motivation lands, both reverse questions, and the answer to 「内定が出たら入社されますか」 must point at the same anchors. To check: write each of those four as one sentence and see whether 'definition' and 'user' both appear. If one of them is left with only the company or personal growth, that is the drift.

Verify

To confirm (don't make it up)

PAGE08

We can't assert these company facts for you. Verify before the interview or ask on the day.

01

The interviewers' teams and how many will attend are unknown: ask HR beforehand, or confirm their teams at the opening.

02

The length of the interview and whether technical questions are included are unconfirmed, and both change how you budget the self-introduction and reverse questions.

03

Whether the assignment is fixed and whether the role is split into courses must be confirmed with the company before discussing the first year.

04

Company facts outside the pasted posting — client mix, team size, technology stack — have no source, so do not assert them in an answer.

05

If residence status and start date come up, describe only the current situation and the window you will confirm; the procedure itself follows the Immigration Services Agency's current notices.

EVIDENCE · JUDGMENT · ACTION

Preparation evidence and action ledger

Role and scope for this caseSample applicant: an Information Systems student at the University of Hong Kong, applying for a second-round individual interview for the fictional Aonagi Digital Co., Ltd. data-platform-engineer role. This is preparation evidence, not a record of an interview that has taken place.

Sources for current facts

  1. 01
    Applicant-submitted ES and experience card
    Facts in the material
An 18-week cafeteria-congestion visualisation using about 24,000 anonymised records; the wait-time metric changed to a 15-minute median and was compared in parallel for two weeks.
    How this report uses it
Sets the facts that can be repeated and the decision and boundary that must remain in a STAR answer.
    Currency and boundary
Frozen sample input; it is not extended into a business result at the employer.
  2. 02
    Pasted job posting (fictional employer)
    Facts in the material
The role covers data intake through delivery and agrees data quality with user teams.
    How this report uses it
Connects motivation, reverse questions, and the first three months to a responsibility that can be quoted.
    Currency and boundary
Limited to this pasted text; it makes no claim about a real employer, team, or stack.
  3. 03
General preparation guidance for second-round interviews
    Facts in the material
Second rounds commonly probe collaboration, judgment, and whether submitted material can be checked.
    How this report uses it
Plans the follow-up drill, 90-second answer, and day-of checklist.
    Currency and boundary
General preparation guidance; it cannot stand in for this employer's actual process.
  4. 04
    Current details still to confirm
    Facts in the material
The interviewers' teams and number, duration, technical-question scope, assignment, and course structure are unknown.
    How this report uses it
Separates what must be confirmed with HR from what must not be invented in an answer.
    Currency and boundary
Confirm again before the interview; an unknown remains unknown.

Facts from applicant material

  • Applicant material states an 18-week project with about 24,000 anonymised records and a verification boundary of surveys and onsite observation only; no sales data was used.
  • The submitted ES supports this decision: to avoid hiding peaks in a mean, the applicant proposed a 15-minute median, kept the mean visible, and compared both for two weeks.
  • The pasted role text says that the data-platform engineer owns intake through delivery and agrees data quality with user teams.
  • The applicant has no production-operations experience. That should be stated directly rather than replaced with the course project.

Adviser assessment (not an employer fact)

  • Adviser assessment: this experience can demonstrate how the applicant moved a metric-definition disagreement to agreement; it does not prove that wait times or business metrics improved.
  • Adviser assessment: role fit rests only on the pasted responsibility sentence. Team size, client mix, technology stack, and actual selection preferences are not established.
  • Adviser assessment: the main current risk is not a lack of technical vocabulary. It is whether the applicant can explain their decision, validation boundary, and handover under a follow-up within 90 seconds.

Preparation-readiness check (not an offer prediction)

Scoring methodFour 0–5 checks assess whether the preparation evidence is usable. This is not an interviewer score, an aptitude score, or a probability of an offer. 0 means the material is missing; 3 means the source exists but verification or rehearsal remains; 5 means the source is traceable, the answer has been rehearsed aloud, and the current interview detail is confirmed.

Total12/20

DimensionScoreEvidence for the scoreWhat it changes
Traceability of experience evidence4/5The ES supplies the duration, record count, metric choice, and validation boundary; no independent record shows the effect after the pilot.Say that the pilot and handover were completed, not that the business outcome improved.
Connection to role responsibilities3/5One responsibility can be quoted from the pasted text, but it has not yet been compressed into the last two sentences of the motivation answer.Quote the responsibility once, then say which part of the project maps to it.
Spoken response under follow-up3/5The four STAR steps are drafted; there is no 90-second recording or review of one challenge about opposition.Practice why the metric changed and who objected, then how agreement was reached.
Conditions for this interview2/5The duration, interviewer mix, and technical-question scope are not confirmed.Confirm these with HR before deciding the length of the answer or the reverse questions.

ActionMake a one-page evidence card for the median decision and record a 90-second Japanese answer. Include the disagreement, the applicant's decision, parallel validation, handover, and the unverified boundary.

DeliverableOne evidence card and one recording no longer than 90 seconds.

Done whenThe recording does not describe surveys or onsite observation as a business outcome, and it can answer one follow-up about who objected and how the applicant responded.

  2. 02

WhenBy 24 hours before the interviewOwnerApplicant

ActionCopy one responsibility sentence from the latest role text and rewrite the last two sentences of the motivation answer: state the responsibility first, then connect it to the applicant's project decision.

DeliverableA responsibility excerpt with its location or version date, plus a two-sentence Japanese close.

Done whenThe two sentences use only the pasted text and the applicant's experience, with no unverifiable claim such as 'an industry leader.'

How this report uses this case's material

  1. 01
    Company and role understanding
    Material used
Industry profile: IT / Web (SIer, Product Companies, Mega-Ventures)
    Effect on the assessment
Without separating company types first, neither the daily work nor the SES red flags can be judged.
  2. 02
    Company differentiation
    Material used
The pasted job posting (data-platform responsibilities)
    Effect on the assessment
Differentiation is built only from quotable lines, so industry rumour never becomes a company fact.
  3. 03
    Expected questions
    Material used
The ES already submitted to this company (metric-unification paragraph)
    Effect on the assessment
Second rounds probe the first-round record, so the spoken answers must match what was submitted.
  4. 04
    Motivation consistency
    Material used
Job-search axis and experience card (campus-cafeteria congestion project)
    Effect on the assessment
It keeps motivation, reverse questions, and the post-join picture pointing at one set of anchors.

Fact boundaries

  1. 01

Aonagi Digital Co., Ltd. is a fictional employer used for this sample, and every company fact here comes from the fictional posting; none of it corresponds to a real company.

  2. 02

The interview flow and the time given to each stage are general guides; the actual schedule is set by the employer and needs confirming on the day.

  3. 03

The industry and role descriptions come from general tendencies in the capability profile and vary by company and by year.
