It was formed through the integration of several HC chains, including カーマ, ダイキ, ホーマック, サンワ, and くろがねや; store names were unified under 『DCM』 in 2022, and ケーヨー was acquired in 2023. Its strength lies in its private brand, 『DCMブランド』. It is a nationwide HC chain covering DIY, gardening, daily necessities, and home-related products. The fiscal year ends in February.
