Where paid features were substantially unusable due to a failure attributable to us, we will respond in good faith in accordance with applicable law. |

How to Cancel (Stopping Auto-Renewal)
Subscriptions renew automatically on each renewal date until canceled. You can cancel at any time after signing in, from Membership & Billing in your account, by following the on-screen guidance to the current payment provider's management page. After cancellation, billing stops from the next renewal date, and paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
If prices or plan contents change, we will give prior notice by reasonable means — on the service or to your registered email — before the renewal date on which the change takes effect.
Hatsuho (Points)
- Paid plans grant a monthly allowance of Hatsuho consumed by AI features within the service. Allowances are shown on the Pricing page.
- Hatsuho carries an expiry (as shown at grant time); unused Hatsuho lapses at expiry, does not roll over, and cannot be cashed out.
- Hatsuho can only be used within the service and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside your account.
- Upon cancellation or account deletion, unused Hatsuho lapses at the end of the subscription period or at account deletion, without refund.
- If standalone prepaid Hatsuho packs are offered in the future, we will assess whether they constitute prepaid payment instruments under Japan's Payment Services Act and comply with any resulting obligations.
