It is a Japanese consumer-goods manufacturer and retailer that began in direct sales and mail order, covers the full in-house value chain from R&D through production and sales in cosmetics and health foods, became an ORIX Group subsidiary in 2023, and is now pursuing reforms to improve management transparency.
