Fujitsu General Ltd.

Fujitsu General is a manufacturer focused almost entirely on air conditioners, with approximately 70% of sales generated overseas across Europe, Oceania, North America, Asia, and other regions. In 2025, Paloma Rheem Holdings, the holding company for gas-appliance and water-heater company Paloma and U.S. water-heater company Rheem, made Fujitsu General a wholly owned subsidiary through a tender offer. The company was delisted in August 2025 and left the Fujitsu Group. The Fujitsu General brand is being retained for the time being, but the company is now under Paloma Rheem ownership, with a strategy centered on integrating water heating and air conditioning and targeting Europe.
