H.U. Group is a holding group, formerly Miraca, built around three businesses: clinical laboratory testing through SRL, diagnostic reagents through Fujirebio, and sterilization services. Its defining feature is the integrated combination of SRL, the largest clinical laboratory testing provider; Fujirebio, a major in vitro diagnostics company; and Nihon Steri’s sterilization services and the group’s home healthcare operations. Renamed from Miraca Holdings in 2020, the group centers on clinical testing and in vitro diagnostic products and operates: (1) testing and related services through SRL, the industry’s largest clinical testing provider; (2) clinical diagnostic reagents through Fujirebio, a major diagnostics company; and (3) healthcare-related services, including sterilization through Nihon Steri and home healthcare and welfare equipment. It is an integrated holding group combining SRL’s clinical testing with Fujirebio’s diagnostic reagents. Fiscal year ending March.
