ITOHAM YONEKYU HOLDINGS was created in 2016 through the integration of two major ham and meat-product manufacturers, ITOHAM and YONEKYU. It is a major meat and processed-meat group covering ham, sausages, prepared and processed foods, meat, dairy products, and ready-to-eat dishes, with integrated operations from upstream meat procurement to downstream processing and sales. Mitsubishi Corporation is a major shareholder, supporting the group as a large, vertically integrated meat and food business.
