Koshidaka Holdings is a leisure and hospitality group centered on Karaoke Manekineko, one of Japan’s largest karaoke chains, and its bathing-facility business. Its defining feature is the combination of Karaoke Manekineko, with more than 600 domestic locations, and the bathing-facility business; Curves was spun off in 2020. Originating in 1967 and now structured as a pure holding company, the group operates more than 600 Karaoke Manekineko locations nationwide and positions karaoke and bathing facilities as its core businesses. Its former fitness business, Curves, was spun off and became independent in 2020. The fiscal year ends in August.
