Although flour milling, centered on wheat flour, is its founding business, Food—including frozen foods, prepared foods, food ingredients, health foods, and pet food—has become its main business, with approximately ¥238.3 billion in sales versus approximately ¥121.6 billion for Flour Milling. Note that it is entirely separate from Nisshin Seifun Group, the leading company in flour milling; do not confuse the two.
