Nisshin Seifun Group is a food group established in 1900 with flour, especially wheat flour, at its core. Its holding company is Nisshin Seifun Group Inc. The core business is B2B flour milling through Nisshin Seifun Co., Ltd., which has a top-tier domestic share in commercial wheat flour. The Group also includes consumer brands operated by Nisshin Seifun Welna Inc., such as Nisshin, Ma·Ma, and Ao no Dokutsu across pasta, home-use flour, and sauces; prepared foods and deli products through Delica Frontier Co., Ltd.; and strategic and research functions at the Group headquarters. Important: it is entirely separate from Nissin Foods, the maker of instant noodles such as Cup Noodles, so do not confuse the two companies.
