Riken Vitamin Co., Ltd.

Riken Vitamin Co., Ltd. is a food and chemical manufacturer that combines consumer foods, such as wakame seaweed and dressings, with food improvement agents, including emulsifiers and other B2B functional ingredients. Its defining feature is this two-pillar model: it sells consumer-facing foods while also supplying emulsifiers, food improvement agents, vitamins, and other functional ingredients used behind the scenes in many processed foods. The company therefore spans both B2C food products and B2B food science. It is headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
