Skylark Holdings is one of Japan’s largest restaurant-chain holding companies by sales. Through multiple operating companies, it runs more than 20 brands across Western, Chinese, Japanese, all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and yakiniku, cafés, desserts, and other formats, including Gusto, Bamiyan, Shabu-Yo, Yumean, Aiya, and Jonathan’s.
