Sumitomo Mitsui Card (SMCC) is the credit-card and payments company of the SMBC Group, formally Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, and one of Japan's leading cashless-payment providers. Its core business goes beyond issuing cards: using the SMBC Group's stable foundation and a customer base of more than 80 million, it builds a payment platform around payment data, from individual services such as Olive and V Point to corporate solutions such as stera and the payment infrastructure used across society.
