T&D Holdings is the pure holding company of the T&D Insurance Group. It does not sell insurance or conduct operating business itself, and it does not run large-scale new-graduate recruitment. The actual entry points for new-graduate life insurance roles are its three distinct operating insurers: Taiyo Life Insurance for the individual and household market, Daido Life Insurance for small and medium-sized business owners, and T&D Financial Life Insurance for non-exclusive agency channels such as banks, securities companies, and insurance agencies.
