Tiger Corporation
タイガー魔法瓶株式会社
Tiger Corporation is a long-established Japanese appliance manufacturer founded in Osaka in 1923. It began with vacuum-insulated bottles and now centers on kitchen appliances and household goods such as rice cookers including the 「炊きたて」 series, electric hot-water dispensers, stainless-steel insulated tumblers, and coffee makers. It also develops vacuum-insulated industrial components for fields including aerospace, medical equipment, and automobiles. Tiger is an unlisted, mid-sized, specialized appliance manufacturer focused on the domestic market while operating overseas subsidiaries across Asia and North America. It is not a comprehensive electronics giant and has long been paired with Zojirushi as one of the industry’s easiest competitors to confuse.
