Toho Bank is the largest regional bank in Fukushima Prefecture. Its defining feature is the combination of being Fukushima's leading regional bank and playing a major role in reconstruction and regional revitalization. Established in 1941, it provides deposits, loans, fund transfers, and other banking services rooted in Fukushima, while also participating deeply in regional projects such as the Fukushima Innovation Coast Framework and Smart City Aizuwakamatsu. It is a core regional bank supporting Fukushima's economy, post-disaster reconstruction, and regional revitalization.
