Tsuruha Holdings is the pure holding company of one of Japan's largest drugstore chains. With Tsuruha Drug as a core brand, it oversees the Tsuruha Group and Welcia Group retail networks. After completing its management integration with Welcia Holdings in December 2025, the group had more than 5,600 stores in Japan and consolidated sales exceeding JPY 2.3 trillion, making it Japan's largest and the world's sixth-largest drugstore group.
