試験の構成
Three blocks — 30 minutes of writing, 40 of reading, and 55 of listening-reading and listening combined — with no returning to an earlier block.

Writing comes first and often drains the reading block that follows, so rehearse the whole paper in the real order.

Reading, listening-reading, and listening total 0–400, while writing is scored separately from 0 to 50.

Work back from your target score to the accuracy each block needs.
Make the weakest block your first practice target.
Writing is outside the 400 but many universities set their own threshold for it, so it cannot be written off.

Moving from writing to reading, and reading to listening, requires deliberately resetting how you direct attention.
Let each block go the moment it ends.
Use the instruction time to preview the listening-reading figures.
Reset your breathing and posture before starting the next block.
The instructions before the listening block are the only buffer; use them to shift from text to sound, not to keep replaying the last block.

Writing uses a dedicated sheet while reading and listening use a mark sheet, each with its own cautions.
Confirm the mapping between item numbers and answer rows at the start.
During listening, verify the row every five items.
Sweep for unmarked items when the reading block ends.
The listening block cannot be revisited, so a misaligned mark is the biggest risk — check the item number every five questions.
読解の時間配分
The reading block packs short and long passages into 40 minutes, leaving under a minute and a half per item.
Start with short passages to build rhythm.
For long passages, read the questions before the text.
Keep three minutes for unanswered items and marking.
Do not linger on the early short passages; bank that time for the longer passages and data items later.
見直しの手順
Reviewing is not rereading everything; it is checking the three most error-prone points in a fixed order.
Check first for unmarked items and misaligned rows.
Then check whether any "which is wrong" item was read backwards.
Finally, revisit only the items you flagged as uncertain.
Change an answer only with an explicit reason; changing on a hunch usually lowers accuracy.
