FINANCIAL SUPPORT DOCUMENTS

Financial Sponsorship Document Preparation

How are the sponsorship documents organized?

  1. 01Read your sponsorship shape

It uses only the sponsor type, income shape, fund status, and relationship that you explicitly enter and confirm on this page. It does not read the student profile or past values automatically, and it organizes the lines to check first.

  2. 02Unfold the four independent lines into a checklist

For originals, notarization or authentication, translation, and funding continuity, it organizes who may issue each item, why it may matter, and when to check it. The checklist is working guidance, not confirmation of a target school's requirements; verify it against current official sources.

  3. 03Create two drafts that can be checked

The 経費支弁書 and 支弁理由書 (especially the non-parent trio: why this person, how they will pay, and what supports their capacity) use only the facts confirmed for this run. Missing material becomes a listed fill-in, and the drafts are not treated as submission-ready documents.

  4. 04Return every uncertainty to official sources

Amount levels, document counts, validity windows, prescribed forms — all precision returns as a to-confirm list with official channels (the school's latest 募集要項, immigration, your consulate, the local FAO). This tool is not legal advice.

B
FUNDING CONTINUITY

Funding continuity record

Chapter03

Income, first-year funds, the sponsor relationship, and later remittances should form one continuous chain supported item by item.

01 · INCOME

Stable income basis

To support the source, covered period, and continuity of the father's salary income

Keep the job title, income period, and name spelling consistent
02 · INITIAL FUNDS

First-year funds

To connect the funding source, first-year cost period, evidenced amount, and later remittances; a balance alone does not establish support capacity

Match amounts, dates, and source explanations to the originals; do not pre-write future transfers
03 · RELATIONSHIP

Relationship evidence

To establish the relationship when someone else provides support

Do not infer authentication requirements from a template alone
04 · REMITTANCE

Later remittances

Confirm the first-year amount, currency, and period against the current fee guide; retain dated records after remittances occur

Match amounts, dates, and source explanations to the originals; do not pre-write future transfers

Continuity ledger

  • First-year period: from the April 2027 intake, use the cost period stated in the school's current fee guide. Leave the amount and currency open until verified.
  • Funding sources: the father's continuing salary income and a family time deposit. Match employment, income, tax, and deposit evidence item by item.
  • Evidence order: verify the source and deposit period first, then record the balance, cost amount, and later remittance dates separately.
  • Later support: make bank remittances after entry in line with the school's payment schedule. Frequency and per-transfer amount are unconfirmed and must not be written as completed facts.
  • The scholarship is unconfirmed and is not included as an established funding source.

Keep wording consistent

  • Use the same name spelling across income, savings, and remittance records.
  • Fill amounts, dates, and periods only from the school's guide or actual certificates.
  • This specimen is an evidence check and working draft, not a visa, residence-status, or review determination.

DO NOT ASSUME

Do not treat as established

  • The school's current cost, currency, and calculation period are still unconfirmed; a balance cannot replace the first-year amount due.
  • Large movements of funds need a verifiable source; future remittances are not existing evidence.
  • This specimen does not determine visa status, residence status, or an examination outcome; check requirements with the school and official offices.
