Double vs joint degree vs regular study abroad
This stage
Classify yourself first: double degree (one from each school), joint degree (one jointly conferred), or ordinary residency study — confirm you are inside an agreement program and how many degrees the endpoint carries.
Before applying, record your nationality, actual place of residence, and where your documents were issued. Open the responsible Japanese embassy or consulate's visa application page to check required documents and where to submit them.
